Joint Training Seminar of Samruk Business Academy and IAC on Environmental Legislation Held in Asta

A joint training seminar organized by Samruk Business Academy and the Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in Astana under the theme: “Environmental Code and Its Law Enforcement Practice. Environmental Control and Management System.”

During the two-day program, participants discussed key issues of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state environmental control, environmental regulation, waste management, environmental safety, public hearings, as well as recent amendments to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The seminar featured leading industry experts and practicing specialists in environmental legislation and law enforcement practice.

Representatives of various organizations and enterprises across Kazakhstan took part in the training, including:
SP Budenovskoye LLP, SP Kazgermunai LLP, Moynak Hydropower Plant JSC, DP Ortalyk LLP, Kazpost JSC, and others.

The seminar became an effective platform for professional dialogue, exchange of practical experience, and enhancement of professional competencies in the field of ecology and environmental management.
