Environmental Control and Environmental Code Enforcement Seminar Concluded in Asta

    Another training seminar organized by the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection” under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan has concluded in Astana.

The seminar was held on the topic:
“Environmental Control and Management System. Environmental Code and Its Law Enforcement Practice”.

This time, the seminar brought together 41 participants, including environmental specialists from enterprises, representatives of higher educational institutions, industry associations, and organizations working in the fields of sustainable development and environmental management.

The seminar program focused on the practical application of environmental legislation. Participants discussed environmental control mechanisms, procedures for obtaining environmental permits, environmental impact assessment processes, industrial environmental control, and current developments in law enforcement practice.

Special attention was given to real-life challenges faced by specialists in their daily work, including documentation preparation, interaction with authorized bodies, completion of environmental procedures, and risk reduction in industrial activities.

Traditionally, the seminar format was aimed not only at theoretical learning but also at open professional dialogue. Participants actively exchanged experience, raised practical issues, and discussed case studies from various sectors.

Today, environmental regulation requires specialists not only to know the legislation but also to understand the mechanisms of its practical implementation. Therefore, platforms that enable professional discussion, clarification of complex issues, and exchange of experience are becoming increasingly important.
