The Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan is conducting a training seminar on the topic: “Environmental Control and Management System. Environmental Code and Its Enforcement Practice.”
Today, environmental regulation requires not only compliance with formal requirements but also a deep understanding of enforcement practices and modern control mechanisms. In this context, the professional training of specialists becomes a key factor in ensuring sustainable and safe operations of enterprises.
The seminar is aimed at enhancing the competencies of professionals in the field of environmental legislation and focuses on developing practical skills for the effective application of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of the program, participants will:
— review the key provisions of the Environmental Code and their practical application
— study the procedures for obtaining environmental permits and undergoing state environmental expertise
— gain a comprehensive understanding of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures and public hearings
— examine current issues in waste management and environmental control
— explore enforcement practices and recent legislative updates
— learn about the implementation mechanisms of automated emission monitoring systems
Special attention will be given to real case studies and common mistakes faced by enterprises and government authorities.
The lecturers include developers of the Environmental Code, representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as leading independent experts.

Upon completion, participants will receive a personalized certificate of official format signed by the Vice Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
