Today, an environmental specialist at an enterprise is no longer just responsible for reporting.<\/span>
\nThis role directly affects environmental safety, operational sustainability and the reduction of legal and financial risks for the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Constant updates in environmental legislation, stricter regulatory control and increasing compliance requirements demand not only theoretical knowledge, but also a clear understanding of how environmental regulations are applied in real working conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

For this reason, the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management \u201cInformation and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection\u201d under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites specialists to participate in professional training courses on environmental legislation, environmental control and law enforcement practice.<\/span><\/p>\n

The courses are practice-oriented and focused on real professional tasks.<\/span>
\nParticipants will gain up-to-date knowledge, practical tools and expert recommendations necessary for confident and effective work in the field of environmental regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training program includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

– current amendments to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/span>
\n– procedures for obtaining environmental permits and passing state environmental expertise;<\/span>
\n– environmental impact assessment (EIA), including stages, reporting and public hearings;<\/span>
\n– organization and implementation of industrial environmental control;<\/span>
\n– preventive environmental control and reduction of penalty risks;<\/span>
\n– law enforcement practice and common mistakes made by enterprises;<\/span>
\n– practical case studies and expert consultations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Special attention is given to practical aspects of environmental specialists\u2019 work, including documentation preparation, interaction with government authorities, inspections and proper application of environmental legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The courses will be delivered by practicing experts, environmental regulation specialists and representatives of \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0444\u0438\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0445 organizations with extensive practical experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training will be beneficial for:<\/span><\/p>\n

– environmental specialists of enterprises;<\/span>
\n– professionals in environmental protection and nature management;<\/span>
\n– employees of industrial organizations;<\/span>
\n– representatives of government and supervisory bodies;<\/span>
